Lutheran Fine Arts Council of Topeka

It is so hard to believe that five years have passed since Lloyd left us.  But, as we all know, life goes on and so has the music ministry at Our Savior's (OSLC) although without one important bass voice (and furniture mover!).  Because of your gifts and talents, you are cordially invited to a dedication concert for the grand piano that has been purchased in Lloyd's honor.  All my kids will be with us for the concert.  

 

The concert will be Saturday evening, September 19, at Our Savior's, 2021 SW 29th St, Topeka, at 7 pm.  All of you are invited to join in the dedication of this beautiful instrument to use in our music ministry and community in Lloyd's honor made possible through your gracious and generous donations.  Pianists will be Dixie Thompson, one of our Saturday night pianists, and me.  It should be a great service.

 

I am calling for volunteers to sing "River in Judea" as part of the service and you are invited to be in this choir!  Other friends and family not on this list are also invited so let me know who else we might invite.  Also feel free to share this invitation.  More information will be forthcoming in regard to a rehearsal location and time, most likely that same day.
